High precision positioning

• ASM servo motor can be equipped with TAMAGAWA high precision up to 23bit encoder（8388608p/rev）, improving positioning accuracy and low speed stability. 

• Capable of memorizing 65535 circle absolute positions, supporting absolute position control and soft stroke limit, saving limit switch origin switch, reducing fault point and easy wiring.

Prompt response

• 1.2K speed loop response bandwidth

• 5ms for command setting

• 7ms for speed acceleration from 0r/min to 3000r/min 

Excellent vibration suppression on high and low frequency 

• Built-in type A and B low frequency vibration suppression algorithm, inhibiting mechanical low frequency resonance and end vibration

• Built-in four groups of notch filter, effectively suppressing mechanical high-frequency resonance and reducing mechanical noise.

Multiple segments of position control

• With internal function code settings or external DI terminal switching, capable of executing max.16 sections of internal position control.

• Output of position arrival signal in each process of the multi-segment position execution, making serial movement of multiple servos possible.

Interrupt execution feature

• Interruption execution via two routes of high speed DI 

• Interrupt triggers to continuously run for the set distance in previous speed direction, with highest priority, fastest execution, minimum delay and making up PLC processing and response delay. Interrupt execution does not respond to any other position command avoiding disturbance of normal command. 

Multiple options of returning to zero mode

• Simplified design of upper computer allow servo to actively find zero position by limit switch or origin switch for positioning control. 

• 16 options for the mode of returning to zero, with accuracy up to ±1 pulse.
