The R&D team has totally over 20 professionals, covering motor electromagnetic design, mechanic design, controller electronics design, fixture and jig design, and project management. They are experienced in motor structural analysis and electromagnetic calculation, motor drive and control design featuring the products with FOC control algorithms, Modbus communication protocol support and intelligent control for fault diagnosis and early warning, and fan application testing and optimization.

The R&D laboratory is equipped with full range of advanced facilities such as motor dynamometers, cogging torque test instrument, magnetic property test facility, acoustic test room, and fan performance test chambers, enabling us from design to manufacture to provide optimum solutions with premium performance and reliability.
